Unfortunately there are still morons out there that find it amusing to send mass email by spoofing

There is nothing that can be done to stop spam nor prevent spoofing. Your best defense is to use
a good spam filtering program, or perhaps use online email with built-in spam filtering such as Yahoo or Gmail.
Also remember to NEVER click on links inside of spam, that is what the spam kiddies want, deny them! :)
